Keating Construction & Drywall, Inc. of Olathe, Kansas, has misclassified it's employees as independent subcontractors, to avoid paying social security taxes, unemployment insurance, and workmans’ compensation insurance.  Keating has also falsified payroll records, cheated workers out of pay for hours worked, cheated workers out of overtime pay, and provides little if anything in the way of health or retirement benefits.
